What is your Health regime

It is true to say that a calorie controlled diet is not necessarily a healthy one just as eating everything available isn't either. You know the sort of person I'm referring to, someone who will raid the refrigerator and eat all the leftovers, no matter what they are. They spot the sugary treat, the heart starts pounding, its snatched up and wolfed down. Health supplements are forbidden words to many people as they really cannot see the need.

This is not as unusual as it seems because many of us are like this and completely ignorant of the consequences of our over indulgence. I don't really need to tell you how dangerous this is for your health, so maybe it's time you got rid of some of these bad habits and tried some health supplements instead. No, it's not as daft as it seems because these are going to be a lot healthier for you than eating everything in sight! I always get angry when people tell me that they hate the stuff, and yet they've never tried it!

You should always try a thing before you blurt out that you can't stand it; you aren't being asked to eat a slimy frog now are you? You see many health supplements come in wonderful flavors such as vanilla and chocolate. I have been taking some form of food supplement for years now including a good multivitamin that contains more essential vitamins than I can remember. I believe everyone no matter how healthily you eat would benefit from taking multivitamins and all you do is swallow one at a mealtime.

I also enjoy whey protein shakes as part of my daily health supplement regime which I started drinking some time back. I sometimes find it hard to believe just how much protein there can be in a drink like this. The best thing about it is you can drink it at almost anytime although I enjoy mine around lunchtime. And guess what, the shake also provides you with a full 30 grams of protein which is good for healthy muscles.

You often hear people saying you can't have good without bad but that's not true with today's health supplements because they have removed everything that's bad for you. So things like salt, sugar, cholesterol and saturated fat to name a few, which we already get too much of, aren't in them. The next step is easy if you are still with me, and that is to log onto the internet and take a look to see how good health supplements are for you in the long term.
